Anyone spot the slightly ironic use of the Army Air Corps Longbow Apache:

Where my bergan is
lol!!

Ok, one hellfire costs more than my education!! WTH, why not use a couple 30mm rounds? Get the job done too... Maybe distance of lethality was the deciding factor....

Also in the same article: firing warning shots to the taleban. Right...

A possible mistake on the army site:

The GP rifle, a single shot version of the IW in service with the Army Cadets.

Isnt the GP bolt action?

No GP stands for General Purpose....

Was that French or French Foreign Legion? The French never send there own troops anywhere, the Legion does there dirty work.

Well at least they can fire missiles now.
We have of squadron of these near us (and mighty impressive they look too :notworthy ) but for a while when we first bought them the debris coming out of the back of the missile got sucked into the engine intake! :( so they were limited to guns only (and a local news report made a story about a barrel falling off one on a training exercise) and hovering over the centre of our town playing with the targeting optics.

At least they now can be used in anger instead of looking down girls tops :lmao:
