Just read Mr Fenna's post/review of this item but my reply sends me to a report to admin page with a link that does not work.

So:-

While the cost of this product seems, initially, expensive the cost of having a new zip fitted to an item can cost more than than the item itself. Luckily the last time this task was needed my sister made the repair for free but the quotes we had from others were 3 times the cost of this. (Fair enough when you take the time to do the work into account and everyone deserves to make a living)

Since the zip is broken = it doesn't mesh closed, try this:

The part of the pull tab that wears out first is the trailing left and right corners which are supposed to do the meshing.
If it's metal, try giving the corners a gentle squeeze with pliers of appropriate size.
Just a little to make them grab a little better.
