Hoping to get ideas from and be guided by you guys about foraging, in particular identifying plants and fungi. I've been collecting samples or taking photographs and then trying to ID them back home but these damned plants have the cheek to change seasonally making IDing them tougher than I thought; inconvenient nature!
My initial attempts at making nettle rope also ended in failure. On the positive side, my 4 kids are now becoming adept at using pocket knives safely to whittle, scrape crap off birch bark etc and the eldest is getting a mora companion to help with his carving this xmas.
