Hi all Mark from Kent here looking for inspiration, city boy originally but found a great love of the outdoors in the army.
Having a bad time with PTSD and have been told to get back to that rather than sit on the sofa sulking so if you see an old bald bloke wandering the Kent coast looking absolutely clueless say hi!
