That looks great, do they come sharp? Is it similar weight and length to a GB wildlife hatchet?

i went to the shop when i got mine and picked the best, it needed a little work (10 mins tops) but only on a med / fine waterstone: ie sharp ish.

recommended.

I had a bargain from Truro Tractors, not really online so no link!

Had this hatchet and an axe, larger than the granfors SFA for £36 for the 2.

Steel is as good, finish isn't, only problem is the head isn't as aligned as I would have liked.

Good kit.

Husqvarna arrived this morning. Nice size for a belt axe. The head looks varnished and the mask is a bit oversize. The sharpening is slightly off center at the top edge, nothing I can't sort out myself.

A bargain for £20 though, I've put on a leather lanyard now and will get out later today. -16 C this morning apparently.
