Hammock rings ?

Anybody know of where i can get some steel rings for setting up the hammock. I was thinking of two sturdy steel rings at each end of the hammock thus threading the tape through in order to make it very easy to adjust the hammock.

Anyone ?

I've got osme steel ones somewherre you can have if I can find them.

I used to do that set up but have now just started putting an marlin spike hitch in the tapes and clipping a krab through - less weight ot carry.

Are you using that hitch to avoid severing the tape, but still inserting a karabiner? - as in:

Tree-tape-hitch-krab(with loop below)-hitch-tape-hammock???
