free Ceramic rods

Hi all,

At my local scrap store I found some ceramic rods that I thought I'd try out as knife sharpeners (post strop?) They seem to work really well to just put an edge on out in the field (Or back garden) and the scrap store still has hundreds of them so I wondered if anyone wanted some. They are 3 in. long with a 1/4 in. diameter so are quite compact and will fit into most pouches/pockets etc. I'm sure postage wouldn't be much - they weigh approx 20-30 grams each so if you're interested, PM me and I'll PM my address and you could send me an SAE. As long as the postage covers how ever many you want, there are loads still sitting there to get rid of.

For reference, Royal Mail would require 'large letter' at a minimum, as 'letter' has a maximum thickness of 5mm (1/4" = 6.35mm). Stamp costs (first, second class) are here:
