I suspect they have tried to get him to do a similar programme to the one on BBC2 at the moment, the one where they try to teach Z list celebs to be Rangers or along the lines of "I'm a sort of celebrity get me out of here" and "Strictly come dancing". The horror!

Ray did say at the lecture that he was working on new projects but wouldn't cough as to waht they are!

I may have misheard but I'm sure he said he was working on a new or another
series which I took to be different from Wild Food. Though with two episodes
to run of this series he could justifiably be referring to this one!

Here's what Time Out finished off their review of Wild Food with:
"Most of us will never wrap a kernel in a dock leaf and steam it over an open
fire when we can use foil and bake a potato, but there's a pleasing calm
that descends after watching these two pay their respects to the natural order
of things."

Yeah at the end of the radio 1 interview he said there were ongoing plans for new series but wouldn't give anything away

I took his words at the ends of the lecture to mean there was more in the pipline as well.
