Been done before, use search, BUT make sure you wash those eggs.

I just use powdered egg, no problems with transporting and taste great, can't boil but terrific scrambled or added to other ingredients like diced bacon for a filling meal.


Hi Sniper, what do you reconstitute the powdered egg with, water or milk? How do you do it?

OR, being less like a muppet, I could have read the packet - Sorry!

An interesting result, I added a bit of skimmed milk powder, because I would add milk, not unpleasant, but not quite scrambled eggs as I know them though. The texture wasn't too bad, not very eggy and just slightly sweet. Much better than nothing though.
