Design principles for wood burning cook stoves.

I saw one of the stoves at the Eden project, and it was very impressive. Picture below - the stack of wood by the side was expected to keep the hot chocolate hot for another few hours after this was taken!


The guys who developed the stove are doing all sorts of research into sustainability

nice find, thanks for shareing. Im going to have a go at makeing a rocket stove out of a small beer keg i had at new year. the plans for the sheet metal stove look intresting to.

Very interesting and useful too! Thank you for posting it.
I don't have the stuff to make a stove right now, but I'll keep an eye out for the bits and hopefully I'll be able to make one soon.
As for now, the tips on outdoor fires and insulation will really help when wild camping and you wish to remain anonymous!
