Hi all,

The Mrs has asked me about Christmas already, and I am thinking about Digital Night Vision. I was wondering if anyone on here uses it, and can offer any advice or suggestions on what to get. We want to keep the price down below £200, and it will be used for spotting wildlife. There's so much choice and I am looking to get the best I can for the money

I use a mead nightview. Not sure if you can even still buy them but its spot on. Use it as a spotter for night time quarry. Eats batteries though

You could always buy secondhand. I have the Ranger pro. The Ranger often sell for around £200 secondhand. It's surprising how many folk buy these with intentions of using them often. Only to find it's been just an expensive toy and then decide to sell them on eBay hardly used.
