I've always been into rifles and hft etc so I'm kinda accustomed to ppl using common.sense (it ain't that common) only to have a very near miss
Its always been a rule that you.never leave a loaded gun lying around
So yesterday I was out tidying one of my fathers sheds hadnt noticed the rifle inthe corner anyhow I'm.moving.stuff around and knocked a garden fork of its hanger it fell and caught the trigger and set it off
Sending a pellet into the shed roof
I'm thinkin dad why the heck is you're rifle primed and loaded !!!

Fortunately its all private ground and no kids
and dad doesn't exactly have common.sense in abundance

Well where rifles are concerned I kinda grew up around them why I live there always sumfin goin on a few honour shootings a few double/ triple murders

Youre right but frankly it wouldn't make a blind bit off difference I gave up trying to get sense out of either one year's ago

Bit worrying- perhaps if you don't think you can talk sense in to him, you should take the rifle away?

Yes, my dad wont listen to advice neither.

And if I did the stuff he does, I for sure would get rather told off.
