Can anyone recommend a leather worker

Evening all. I'm in need of a leather worker to make me a strap for my pocket watch like this one:

The ones you buy are for mens watches, I have a smaller woman's pocket watch that I'd prefer to use although it seems no one makes straps that'll fit these!

Any suggestions appreciated
