Nice one Jared - that has real potential.
This is the setup (mines not tesco's) that i use quite regulary, It gives you a fire box that is off the ground, and will leave no trace, aswell as being alot safer to stop the fire spreading.
You can usually get away with using these as a "campfire" in a campsite.

I wouldn't give £25 for it. Hook/chain doesn't look properly adjustable anyhow, at least, not without adding a butchers hook.

Why not have a chat with your nearest blacksmith - most would be happy to have a change from doing "wrought iron" gates and such.

Look up your local Blacksmith in the Yellow Pages. Take along a couple of sketches (or maybe print some of the images contained within this thread) and see if he'll make it for you. That's what I did and the bloke only charged me £20 ... bargain!
