I've seen a few links to threads on another forum which seem to combine some aspects of bushcraft with cycling. thought I'd post them here, if anyone's interested:

Another fun site with a great number of documented tours is "Crazy Guy on a Bike." Quite a few people doing trips in the UK and Europe. I also like to follow the Aussies since they have an extra chromosone which over the centuries has created a strange and wonderful sense of humor.
