I've got it - its got some good things in it on pine pitch and ground stone axes. It isn't all primitive per se and is a nice collection of articles.
There are some good articles in it and it is well worth a read - just realised it was me who wrote the review on Amazon!

Is it anything to do with the "Woodsmoke" school...? if not would you mind listing who some of the authors of the articles are please...? Cheers
