One of the old ones i got it in 1992 and its been about a bit and has been used by me and a freind for military service.
cant remeber the back size but im 5'10"

Reason for Sale its to big for what i need now and i have a new smaller bergan
This is the one to carry a lot of kit on your back

Faults :
Faded and used look
Top cover elastic has perished
left hip belt inside has a Rip but has had it for many years with out problems

complete with side pouches and straps

Still got a 1981 Cyclops going strong. Just come back from China with my nephew. Fantastic sacs, the more battered the better according to my nephew...

Hi FGYT,
I may be interested in this. If you lift up the looped carry handle on the back, at the top, there will be a tiny label (hopefully) which will have the back size on it. If it is 2, then I'll probably go for it.
Are all the zips ok and working?

Hi Duncan,
Shame. I've tried a 3 before and they are a bit too big for me. I used to have a 2 but it was stolen. My old one was a Crusader, without the lower zip around the bottom.
They really are very good bergens.
