Been away for a while and a quick question

Hello all, Ive been away for a while and just got back on.
The reason was a case of " Aggrivated Stupidity " on my part. I cleaned up my computer and wound up deleting my password, not the first time either.
This time i REMEMBERED TO WRITE IT DOWN AND PUT IT IN A SECURE PLACE SO i HAVE ACCESS.

The question that I have is about my avitar. As you can see it needs to be rotated 90 degtees so it will be upright. How do I do this?

Here you go, was easier to do than explain how to, if you right click, save image as, then go to your profile and upload as a new avatar.
