Anyone fancy learning to butcher a pig in the Norfolk. There is a 2 day butchery course on cutting up a pig. Day 1 consist of primary butchery ie cutting up joints, gammons, chops etc. Day 2 consist of making sausages, bacon, PORK PIES etc. The cost is £150 for 2 people. The wife has gone off up the contact number, will put it on when she its back from work.

This course is not run by me im just passing on information.

Not sure about that I was on a mobile as usual lost signal. Like I say will put the number up when the wife returns home.

Having worked as a butcher in the oast I would be very surprised if it is - not much room for profit there.
