Note its carved to look like a popular design of metal spoon.

found this at the car boot. its made from horn, and is about 9 inches long.

No ideas of origin, but Im wondering if it was made by the Tinkers who worked horn as well as metal.

It has a wonderful natural but plastic feel.

Im wondering to make some horn things of my own. I can lay my hands upon horn, but know nothing about it except you mustnt breathe in dust created. (same goes for antler)

has anyone worked in this media?

Nice find! Wayland has some really beautiful horn spoons, but I'm not sure if he made them himself... Might be worth dropping him a PM though.
