Well, thanks to Bilmo-p5, i got an old, cast iron Girdle- it has a fixed arm but that's not a big deal for me. After a day or so spent scrubbing and seasoning 4 times with Rapeseed Oil, I thought I'd try it out this morning.... The wee one certainly enjoyed them! Cheers ATB KP
