    They're from an oak/birch woodland. The cramp ball (??) (last 2 pics) might have been growing on dead ash.

    Hi there. Hoping to get ideas from and be guided by you guys about foraging, in particular identifying plants and fungi. I've been collecting samples or taking photographs and then trying to ID them back home but these damned plants have the cheek to change seasonally making IDing them tougher...
