    Yes, I too enjoyed the link to your site. I've made a similar, easier, version of that dish taken from "The Food Journal of Lewis and Clark" called 'McAllister's Pork Scallops'. (If you've not read aforementioned book I highly recommend it). Kent Rollins is brilliant on YouTube; Yeehaaa y'all. :-)

    I've got D-rings all over the place; on some belt loops, in jacket pockets, on my shoulder bag, etc. They all arrived with the bought items but I never use them. What about you? :confused:

    Is Truffle hunting possible in Scotland?

    Hunting for truffles is possible at the north and south poles, in the middle of Australia, on the ocean floor, in fact anywhere you can get to. The hunting is easy, it's the finding that's difficult. :o Fortunately for me, I dislike all mushrooms (that I've tried so far) so it's not a problem.
