Hi and welcome. Dartmoor is a great place to wild camp. apart from the strange goings on.

NICE way to spend a few hour off work. I did the same last week a made myself a cooked breakfast on the meths burners in my garden. The neighbours must think I am mad. It did taste nice though.

Only done two gas bottles to make log burners out of them. take out the valve fill with water turn on its side cut it with a petrol disc cutter no drama's. unless I have been lucky twice. it works well. from taking the valve out to cutting it open takes about two or three minuets.

So up early-ish and off out for a look at some wild camping grounds. half a mile into the walk and I spy a beauty and one strange looking growth here. and more strange here. lots of hazel tree always a good sign. this place seems to have it all. wow this...

This is my bush craft fact There are 2.8 million hectares of woodland in the UK. I can't find permission for any of it. YET.

That is a great idea. I am going to make one very soon. thanks for the inspiration
