    Duration of the Moot

There is no perfect answer to how long the Bushmoot is. We could debate this for ever !!!Maybe for next year we have 7 days and see how it goes ? It is obvious that the majority want a longer Moot. I think that asking for volunteers to come along with the set up is a great idea. It would not...

Should there be a UK Sea Angling license

Licensing anglers will NOT make one bit of difference to the fish stocks. They were depleted years ago by naive overfishing by various european countries. By the time quotas were introduced, it was far too late to be of much help to the major species such as Cod etc.

    Duration of the Moot

I think that it might be better for the Moot to start on Saturday ? from say mid-day onwards. It could be better for folks as it would mean they would not have to try and blag the Friday off to attend the Moot and beleive me, if this year was anything to go by, you needed to be smart off the...

    Fabric fire retardants

I use fire retardant regularly in a theatre envinronment. It is easily obtainable from good fabric shops. Just a thought here....if you fire proof your clothing will this give you a fall sense of security ?? Common sense around open fires is surely a cheaper option than using a fire retardant...

Has anyone here experience with felting?

Hey, just an important point when handling raw fleece. Please wash it carefully first. Raw fleece carries many nasty bacteria etc which can be especialy nasty. Fleece making can be great fun, if a little wet !¬!!!!
