    Thanks Alot you guys for the comments, Qwerty, it was definitely one of my quieter camps. Not much in the way of challenges that day or walking, so just cosied up by the fire! Trod! Im not in Lancashire any more mate, im in Sheffield (where im from), I was at uni in Lancaster for three years...

    off to the peaks again

    not really much in the way of foraging in that part of the peaks, just so much plantation and not much else in them. there are some REALLY good spots in that area, i have stayed in a few times, look on google earth to get a feel for where to head.

    Rasberry-like berry identification??

    hey guys!! thanks very much for all the help. i smelled and then (maybe stupidly) tasted the berry. it was really nice tasting... very weak however.... the chinese brambles seem most alike by the looks of it. and it was in a public space, beside a path in the local park... the berries looked...

    hello, i have stumbled across a berry that appears to be a rasberry, but the leaves, stems, and colour of berry are all a little different. below are two pictures, one is the rasberry which is easy to tell, and i really want to know what the other one is? thanks guys/girls
