Found another item with the same logo, which makes me to assume that "Parks Biped" was an old smithy or something and the number identifies the product...

My grandfather was a blacksmith, we would go to the scrapyards early in the morning and in a half a day he would have collected all the metal we'd need for a few weeks. He would even buy proper rusted metal, he used to say that a good blacksmith can take this and turn it into a beautiful strong...
