    I got one last year and the screen developed a fault a couple of weeks ago at the weekend. So a phonecall to Amazon heklpdesk on sunday evening and 2 days later a brand new Kindle. Not only are they fantastic pieces of kit but Amazons support is incredible. Cant recommend highly enough

    Heat proof gloves - help me keep my hands looking soft and pretty

    I regurlarly help put a local cub scout group on their annual camp - I get to do all the cooking. As we only cook over a fire with Billy cans and skillets I tend to get rather tattered hands after cooking for 20 for 4 days. I usually just wear heavy duty gardening gloves but has anyone got tips...

    my local club run a beginners course twice a year and I found them very friendly and welcoming. Go and give it a try - put them to the test to see if they are good enough to join

    yes but a few years back they changed all the ages. Scouts are upto 14 and a half...explorers go upto 18 then you have Scout network which i think goes to 25

    I am an explorer scout leader and find plenty of oppurtunity to find out and practice all types of new things. Scouting in general would be ideal but i decded on a slightly older age group.

    I have been an explorer scout leader for just over a year now and am really enjoying it...even if some of the activities i plan are more for me than the scouts ;)

    Outdoor leisure show, NEC

    just shows you how bad Excel was...although the venue is better, the show itself was terrible. I think that naturefest had more to offer than Excel. NEC last year was good in comparison. I guess having free tickets last year helped!
