Many thanks to Steve for organising and to all that attended the work party. The weather was very kind to us and we managed to open pathways to some new areas suitable for ground dwellers and hammockers:

A great Meet, with old friends doing an over nighter or just a day visit. A lot of brash clearing undertaken, the Farmer happy, we get new camping spots and the habitat new safe areas. Day one:

A flying visit from me to recharge my batteries. Lots of clearing of deadfall and potential widowmakers all oak so a change from holly..

Many thanks Steve for allowing us 2 weekends on the trot in the woods. Our old communal area had several widow makers in and around and it was easier to move to a new spot then remove them A new area was chosen and only one branch need to be removed, of course it was in an easy position...

Finally found something to use the Source Convertube for: Fits the UK sparkling 200 ml Smart bottle and the Ortleib 2 litre also. Both of these can accept the Sawyer Mini. But not the UK 850 ml bottle on the left. :(
