I have a DD hammock for sale
Very comfortable and affordable.
Sewn in mozzie net with side zip and double layer material underneath enabling you to sandwich a roll mat or just some more fabric to stop mozzie bites from underneath in hot climates where a sleeping bag isn't always used.
BCUK group buy hammock and mozzie net x2
I have 2 of these with 1 inch webbing and carabiners for drip points
Very comfortable and affordable.
Easy to move the mozzie net out of the way for day time lounging and flick it back for sleeping.
Great hammock for the price
£45 including UK postage...

I just read a thread about camping in winter and looking forward to the snow.
that got me thinking...
What is it about a particular time of year that attracts us outdoors?
in particular winter. I mean it's cold! it can be far more uncomfortable (even deadly) than other seasons and to be...
I'm always looking for different and alternative ways to cook.
I found a cake that uses just 2 ingredients to make a chocolate cake.
I made the chocolate version on camp last weekend and it worked really well.
this time I used the vanilla sponge version.
the 2 ingredients are a box of cake mix...
I have a Benchmade knife that I want to carry further inside the pocket.
BM don't sell them as individual afaik.
Hiennie don't stock them.
the web has Spyderco deep carry clips but not BM.
Anyone know where I can get one from?
This is a very good quality cape. I'm only offering for sale as I don't have chance to use it now and it's too good to hang in a wardrobe forever.
Made in Germany by Loden Friedl and sold as a German Deer Stalking cloak.
I have also added an extra matching shoulder rain cape and hood.
I have been gifted 3 of these excellent tripods
Details here https://joby.com/uk-en/gorillapod-flexible-camera-tripods/gorillapod-3k-kit-jb01507-bww/
Brand new in box
These are normally anywhere from £55 to £90+ each
Will sell here for £45 each Inc. UK postage
I've always loved the melodic sound of these flutes and never got round to owning one.
trouble is I'm not very good at musical instruments and so, never having tried a flute, i don't want to pay full price for a new flute only to find it's yet another instrument that doesn't like me!
During 2018 i made a few things.
to start with I took a circular wood saw blade and, without heat treating, made an American cowboy style hash knife inspired by the Youtube channel 'Cowboy Kent Rollins'.
then I decided I wanted a Serbian Chef knife style cooking knife to go in the kitchen box as...
2 questions to do with leather carving please...
When leather carving pictures what do people use to stain the tooled areas? I normally use the antique paste stuff but i think there are other options out there. What do you use?
Secondly, I haven't used colour on leather carving yet and quite...
We're thinking about investing in a camper van of some kind for both family getaways and some 'in the woods' stuff perhaps. most of the time it will be nothing worse than slippery grass/ mud but i know that can be a problem for some of these camper vans. i may not have the option of a...
i'm looking for a used daysack around the 20 l size but a little less or more is fine.
it's for going abroad and using in a wet location (rain forest) so it needs to be fairly water proof. to that end a more traditional design of top opening with a lid cover would be better than clam opening...
It's raining here - again!
It seems like it has been almost constantly since before Christmas.
Rather than feeling depressed and fed up about something we have no control over i thought i'd ask what bushcraft wet weather activities or tasks do you do whilst waiting for the amazing British summer...
I am stream lining my bags as I can't fit any more in the cupboard!
