I like the Clipper in stainless nothing wrong with the stainless blade for bush craft easy to maintain
get a carbon steel one as well they are cheap enough and both will always have a place if you move on up the Knife food chain
No a S1 Is not a Weapon so not prohibited But is a sharp object like a Knife which is Restricted as you quote from the PO website from the restricted list ;)

Was said its an improved design so amy get around the Specifics of paitent but tho more than making oen for your own use would be infrigment i doubt they will go after a small run if they ever actually found it
