That sounds very much like a bot/template response is thwarting your attempts to raise a query. I would pop them an email on another address and ask them to look into it. They either are not understanding the role of such a service or don't care. Hope its the former.

I have tried a Granny carving axe a couple of times and it was a Joy to use, especially leaning towards a slicing motion. I hewed out a bunch of bow staves with ease.
