    Chuck boxes

Not sure it will hold my weight to be honest, I've already emptied and refilled 3 times, it definitely will evolve as time goes on and I will probably be buying more boxes and containers until I find the perfect one for what I want, certainly cures the boredom.

    Chuck boxes

After a search through the local junk emporium and measuring and inspecting ammo boxes and buying a tool case which is too big for my needs, I found this metal file box for £5, quickly stuffed some bits in and it looks like a winner, I'm going to line it with non slip matting to soften the...

So I've fell at the first hurdle :banghead: Metal box I have is too small height wise, The jetboil won't stand in and lid doesn't shut, Now looking at an ammo tin with atleast 200mm in internal height. I will get one and will put pics up asap

    Chuck boxes

I think, it will pretty much house, Jetboil with a Stanley Cook set, the one with the two green mugs in, Some coffee's and fruit teas, hot chocolate, spoon, forks, maybe some plastic or metal plates, some easy boil or cook foods, It will generally be used while out at nature reserves so I can...

    Chuck boxes

So I was trolling around on YouTube looking for an idea on a simple stow away system for making a coffee or a quick bite to eat and be small enough to not take up to much room in the boot of my car. I've had to down size from a large truck to a medium saloon (Jaguar X type), I found loads of...

What bit of your kit is a keeper?

I think oddly for me it seems to be my Sak, no matter what kit I have had and no matter what changes, I have always had a SAK Camping in my kit. Also have a Sak as a edc in my pocket but for the kit bag it has always been a constant.

    Bats

I have just been watching bats in my garden, over the pond, luckily I have a small detector and it says common pipistrelle. I triggered the pir light and it didn't bother them, it did attract some moths and was amazing to watch, I may have a go at taking a pic, I like a challenge, I think...

    What length for paracord sling?

Hi all, I am looking at making a new sling for my camera but don't know how much I need. I am looking at the cobra style, Do I just measure my current sling and then double the measurement?. I don't mind buying too much as you can never have too much paracord, I just don't want to guess and...

    UK version of Alone.

Watched most of the US ones, the Brit one seems rather embarrassing at the moment, I'd like to see some survival and bushcraft experts on it, also a special forces edition would be great to watch.
