Hi, been thinking of doing this myself, how do you go about reprofiling an edge? Ideally I want to reprofile a few of my scandi grind knives so that they are consistent along the whole bkade length.

Yes, there are loads of old 80's catalogues like Argos' available online. Not sure where they stand in terms of intellectual property (copyright) and imagine that maybe the same parameters don't apply as for any original written word etc. Really appreciate you taking the time to upload.....now...

Many thanks Brewkit. Wonderfully nostalgic.... it's quite surprising how advanced the gear was almost 40 years ago. Compare that with the gear that was around 40 years back from '82 and I guess it illustrates the huge advances that took place postwar and into the jet/microchip/transistor etc...
