I’ve been wearing mine pretty hard for the last 18 months or so. Very comfortable indeed & very happy.
I’d have yours as a reserve if I had funds Tony.
GLWTS
I used to roll mine up in a single size mattress bag and tape it closed. They are very heavy duty plastic & pretty tough , especially when you’ve got a couple of layers wrapped round. Free and easily replaceable too.
I also like my DeWalt Combi.
Had it for around 10 years & no issues at all when using quality drill bits & drivers.
It wasn’t cheap initially but it’s earned it’s keep for sure.
Not vegan, but traditional way to add bags of flavour to pizza is anchovies. Depends if you eat fish or no flesh at all I guess.
One vegan flavour bomb is shiitake mushrooms poached in soy. They have a pretty meaty texture anyway & the soy adds umami.
I find it quite bizarre that vegans would want an option to eat black pudding, given the inevitable comparison with the almost entirely animal ingredients of the real thing.
It's also patently ridiculous to describe the vegan version as "black pudding" , given that it has so little in common...
Westmorland Agricultural Society might be a good place to start. There is also a dedicated local historian called Roger Bingham who might be useful to point you in the right direction.
Good luck.

Happy Birthday!
50, like all the others, is just a number and not a restriction on your life.
A friend gave me a great T-shirt when I turned 40. It said “If you haven’t grown up by the age of 40 you don’t have to!”
I’m now 58 & still refusing.
