Looks lovely. I do like a cauliflower curry ever since I saw it being made on one of th Hairy Bikers shows. Could have been the lose weight series but it tasted fantastic.

I'm not a big fan of certain types of fish particularly because of the bones. Although I love shell fish and mackerel and those of us who have a Welsh bent I love Laverbread and Cockles.

I think its only Pembroke that have the water ban in force in Wales which is unusual considering the rain normally down there. Nothing said about the Bridgend area yet thankfully.

I've not got a lot actually. My go to is a Helikon Text wide brim 1 lt bottle. I'm sure I've got Nalgene floating around somewhere but for the life of me I cant find it. Couple of cheap aluminium bottles from the likes of Poundland which fit great into my smaller Molle pouches on my day sack...
