    Camp buddy

theres a thread on this forum somewhere(i think) from a chap who worked observing otters or some such which involved camping out for a few days a a time. one night something woke him up moving outside his tent and when he plucked up the courage to turn on his light a hand pressed against the...

i never leave home without my keys. aside from various keys i have a blue tritium fob a SAK Manager and a Lumintop edc01 torch. everything gets used regularly. ive been carrying the SAK daily since 2012 and everything still functions perfectly except for the small spring that helps the scissors...

What does it have in its Walletsies ?

other than the obvious, a Victorinox credit card tool, which i found very disappointing compared to Vics usual quality. but then they are limited to a space the size of a credit card, so understandable. a couple of different sized safety pins and a hair grip. oh, and some Viagra in case i come...

    ladies gundog gilet

the trainer tells her the behaviour is quite normal! if she wears shorts on normal dog walk she will sometimes come home with deep scratches on her legs from the dog jumping up trying to get his toys/ball off her. when i was a youngster our pet dogs used to get a tap on the nose when they got...

    ladies gundog gilet

girlfriend has been taking the dog to classes once a week for about a year now. the dog has just turned 2. the jacket you recommended would get wrecked i think due to the mesh on it. the dogs claws would tear the mesh in no time when he jumps up.

    New wellies advice

I've seen Muck boots on my searches but have no experience of them. If anyone on here has used both them and AIgle I'd be interested to know their thoughts on how they compare. I've heard that Hunter wellies are not as good as they once were and are overpriced for what you get these days. But...

    New wellies advice

The AIgle wellies that I got for my girlfriend about 8 years ago after seeing them recommended on this forum, are finally starting to leak a little. The girlfriend loves them, they are the only wellies that she has ever been able to drive in due to them being so comfortable. She has asked for...
