I wouldn't recommend either and wouldn't replace them if lost, but I've had them for years and got used to dealing with their shortcomings. Bit like other old friends.

I usually use mint imperial as practice ammo. They make a satisfactory burst when I hit something hard. Few years ago i got hold of a large bag of glass marble with the idea of using them for ammo. Madame has just used the last of them to blind bake a pastry case!
Excellent choice. Some very good French friends of ours from Auch presented us with a bottle of this, their local speciality, with our family name on it. Thank for reminding me that there is still just a drop left. I'll think of you as well when I drink a drop after Christmas lunch.
