Probably worth mentioning them as no doubt they'll change the name of them soon as they have with anything else that mentions Edward Colston in Bristol!

We have Cheddar cheese and scrumpy so no need for anything else really ;-)

Or as Broch says car boots are a good source of quality older axes....although unfortunately these sometimes seem to be going for silly money :-(

Depends what your price point is....Hultafors agdor axes are pretty good imo.

I'm looking for a Finnish style collared axe if anyone has one for a sensible price? Just something I fancy giving a try [emoji846]

Haha....I read that as "Samurai sword"! Thought to myself a little over the top! Re-read as saw which makes much more sense [emoji23]

Just googled these and they're £149 from the Silverman's website or £89 on eBay with the seller being Silverman's! Quite a difference!

I've been thinking about this a lot lately. Do you have different knives for different occasions or one knife you use consistently?
Over there years I've amassed quite a collection of fixed and folding knives. Daily carry is usually one of my Case or GEC traditional knives, if I'm walking then...
The ricasso looks to have changed quite a lot to. I had one of the original Wilky ones in micarta (which I stupidly sold) and comparing it to others there was massive differences in the handle profiles. Nice collection there tho' [emoji2]
