Hi guys,
I'm I'm Derbyshire so not too far from you. I attended a meet at Shining Cliff Woods last November, that was the first "local" meet I've noticed on here so far. If you can find anywhere I'd be up for meeting sometime.

Ahh yes I was confused by the olive green bag and the photo of the camo bag, I didn't realise the camo bag was a previous evolution of your gear
Seeing you can get all that kit in such a small bag is extremely impressive, and also a reality check as I complain my 35L is too small...
Hahaha :D Yeah I never thought of that! What a great time to be alive..
Hopefully people come over and have a chat about what I'm doing instead of jumping to conclusions and ruining my fun.

Mines generally for when I'm mooching around in the woods I want to keep all my frequently used gear close to hand without searching through my rucksack. I won't be doing any distance hiking or wearing it where I'm expecting to be seen/disturbed lol
I know what you mean about the military...
I recently purchased a mil tec flecktarn chest rig off flea Bay. It's not yet arrived but will update everyone once I've tested it out, it's one of these..

Great write up! This is a topic I'm extremely interested in as I usually use a berghaus dart 35 as my go to pack.
Did you felt everything in the bag or did you end up tying components to the exterior?
Did you get any photos of the fully loaded pack?

I'm not getting any new unread posts or threads on the latest update of Tapatalk on Android, the forum is working fine on my browser though! (chrome on Android)
I'm intending to do pretty much the same work to my Berghaus Dart 35, so any tips would be much appreciated!
I don't have a machine so I'll be doing the work by hand.

Don't think so, I just could be wrong about the brand or it may not be what you expect lol. I bought it off ebay as an unused boxed vintage Cook set years ago

Up for grabs is an optimus solo cook kit. Ill post some photos in the next hours when I get home.

Alpkit customer service is extremely helpful when I purchased my 650ml mug they gave me exact dimensions to check nesting possibilities.
