    Recommend me a hiking stove

I use one of the Chinese clone stove from ebay. It burns liquid fuel and takes gas cartridges. It means I can choose which fuel I want to use depending on where I'm going and how long I'm I'm going for. It's been nice and reliable so far.

Where should I store my axe?

I think mine is in my storage locker. I ren waxed the head and oiled the helve after the last time I used it so it should be ok. It's (probably) with the rest of my sharps.

    Multitool advice, please...

I have to be honest, If I had to pick one of my multi tools and only one to travel around the world with, I'd pick the swisschamp. Granted the Leatherman will out plier the SAK, but the SAK has so many other useful things on it. Most of which I've used at one point or another.
