I had every intention to joining in this month and had a real hard time trying to come up with a suitable photo on theme....

Wow, to say I’m surprised is an understatement. Thanks to all those who voted for me, I’ve followed the competition from the start and look forward to each months submissions so it’s a great honour.
can't post a photo currently and, like kepis' i presume, mine was 'disposable'
- just think of 3-4x more stick on the right of kepis' version :encourage:
Is a great idea! - I have done similar in the past but with a longer stick that you can sit on to 'clamp' it in place so you can use two hands to manipulate the knife whilst sharpening ;-)
wow! - you look at them and think 'cool old expedition hut' then remember that this hut is in the middle of the antartic!!!! :notworthy2:

Cracking Photos once again and a hard choice as usual. I know that resolution on a website can be far lower than on a printed photo but some of these shots are of 'SLR' quality!!! - and all from a 'noddy phone camera lens' that is ~2mm accross!goodjob
Obviously was a little specialist, thought one of the budding photographers out there may have liked it ....
No matter, how about something a little more bushy ;)
A mini mag lite (2x AA) in a leather ‘double dangler’ pouch made by my good self. I have shown it with the light on to prove it...
