This bottle I do not know but Savotta states that the side pockets are about 2.5 litre.
PS. After googling and founding this photo, I´m almost sure that it would fit.
Once again; in light of this incident I can see the positive sides of my sparsely populated country. Outside metropoles of the largest cities there are planty of forestland by the roads to camp in, no need to use farmland.
Ordered the Savotta Kahakka 15 litre in brown because it is the least military looking.
The one detail that intrigued me most are the huge sidepockets. Can fit a Nalgene 1.5 litre in each and still have some room left for something thin like an axeshaft.
@Dan00001 Avoid those with locking mechanism that have the pole halves to be twisted.
Instead choose flip locks, like this:
Twistlocks tend to loosen up over time. Fliplocks do not. They stay locked.
Mainly that is why I bought it, if being forced to sit somewhere where there are no decent shady places.
I don´t mind the sun so much when walking. I have loose trousers that allow air to move around my legs and long sleeve shirt and boonie hat.
But it is if/when I have to sit still that...
Newest buy for me against the scorching sun is an umbrella (Euroschirm light trek) with sunprotection of SPF50.

UK (and my country Finland) not being war zones the worst enemy would be weather. You do not survive long in soaking wet clothes in windy and chilly weather.
So you need raingear, something to drink, something to eat. Compass and a map.
Don´t know about UK but Finland is full of forestry roads...
