Fabric made of 65% polyester 35% cotton is fairly rain resistable (and breathable) if it is coated with DWR (durable water repellent). I know this by experience having smock of that fabric with DWR. So you could say it is poor man´s ventile as garments made of this fabric is lower in price than...
