I have a victorinox trailmaster, it has a part serrated locking main blade which is perfect for most cooking duties also a wood saw and the usual tools, an excellent knife that I can highly recommend.

Thread the leather through the belt loop on your sheath put the clips through the holes, add cordage then you can hang your knife over your shoulder. like a manly handbag!
I have an old style Swedish army green army jacket that I would like to trade for a man's fleece, ( windstopper preferred).

I've had a Bob Dustrude folding bow saw for some years and it's excellent, far better than the wooden (Ray Mears type saws) folding buck saws.
There's a similar one on the market which I've seen Joe Robinette ( the YouTube guy)
Use that looks good and robust.
