    Ive found that if you Squirt some oil on the coals to mimic a flare up and then slam the lid back on it gives you great big clumps of smoke for a great smoky taste on the go without wood chips.

    For work days i do 'overnight oats' with diced narna for brekki. And knock up a bunch of salad beginning of the week so i can box up a big handful each evening with some chicken or tuna or egg etc. And baby plum tomatoes

    Oysters :hungover: For me they are akin to what I imagine licking snot from an ashtray would be like..... Hateful things along with most other similar whelks, mussles, winkles etc. Just walking past one of these stands makes me wretch. I do like non-fishy fish though.

    I think its quite a visual marmite thing. The interruption to the knife lines is not to everyones taste. Even i struggle with it at first. Its definitely a 'function' over 'form' thing. But for knives with spines that arent super square and sharp its a good option to avoid too much stock...

    I use the LMF rods. They are a little harder than they used to be but with a good sharp knife spine or striker you get a decent shower of white hot sparks, Some of the cheaper ones tend to be a bit hard.
