So I like sweet'n'sour & Pickled flavours and have trouble finding enough savoury type things to go onto my Toast so.... this happened.
Lots going on here - I kinda like Sweet'n'Sour and pickled things as flavours and can't find enough savoury type things to put on toast.
So... Chimmichurri Hummus Spread toast Served with Dandelion Root ( Foraged ) and Cinnamon Coffee Espresso.
:-
1) Bottom layer - made from Stinging nettle Seeds heads ( Foraged ) , Parsley , Chilli , Garlic , Chick peas , Black Beans.
2) Next layer is Avocado with lemon, Lime , Salt and crushed Almonds.
3 ) Next layer is Homemade " Cottage " chees with Mint Leaves. ( Made )
4 ) Top layer is the Pickled 'sour/sweet' of pickled Black berries ( Foraged ) , Tomato , Crab Apple ( Foraged )
