    Any experience of Northumberland

Awesome part of the country. I've done quite a bit of diving with the seals on the Farne Islands. We normally camp at the campsite in Beadnell which is just across the road from the sea. We've also camped in between the sand dunes on the beach a couple of times which was great. Taking a boat...

    monowalker

Wow. The reviewer tries to sell it as a great way of carrying a bag of guns and even refers to The Walking Dead!

    Amazon Prime

It happened to my student daughter yesterday. She hadn't a clue that she had opted for it. She cancelled and the money is back in her account today.

    Which drybag?

Definitely take a look at the Lomo site. I've used one for 3 years now. Used every week carting scuba kit or rugby kit and its still going strong.

Where did the word "bimble" come from ?

It's also a word used a lot in UK scuba diving. Used for when you take a relaxed slow dive with no real objective.

    Camping Pods

Yep. I use the ones at the National Diving Centre in Chepstow all the time when I'm down there diving. It's nice to be able to move around a little bit. You don't get the same feeling as being under canvas though but it's be a great introduction to the outdoors for your family.

I have the following books for swap. All are in good condition. The Ray Mears book is in very good condition as I only got half way through before getting bored :). I'd like to swap for a knife if poss. It doesn't have to look great but a nice sharp blade would be good. It will be used as a...

    Sites Near Nottingham

The Notts Wildlife Trust website is quite useful: http://www.nottinghamshirewildlife.org/nature-reserves/ I'm quite fond of Bunny Old Wood, bit of a trek from the city centre though. Skylarks is accessible from the town centre on a number 11 bus. It's quite small but there's a few places to...

How the Wild West was won with Ray Mears

iPlayer streams live tv on all the devices I use. Every now and then you will get a warning to say live tv steaming needs a licence.

    Vintage finish bread bags

Thanks for this. I bought a bread bag which is useful bit a little bit tatty looking. I also bought a vintage rucksack though for a fiver which I'm really pleased with. Cheers.
