    Pouch for Victorinox?

I've got a Victorinox Trainmaster I'd like a new belt pouch for. Any recommendations? https://www.victorinox.com/uk/en/Products/Swiss-Army-Knives/Large-Pocket-Knives/Trailmaster/p/0.8463

    Jetboil alternative....

Already have a gas backpacking stove and a variety of pans but I'm looking for a fast and efficient system for brews, dehydrated meals etc. Jetboils are all a bit pricey. Anyone recommend what they've got? Was looking at the Highlander version as an option...

    Best hydration pack bite valve?

After years as a MTB guide, my preference would always be camelbak or platypus valves, with a tap/switch. Bladders are all similar but valves you get what you pay for.

    All round knife..

Wasn't bushcraftuk selling some Hultafors knives with fire steels? The OK4 is a great first proper knife.

Who already really needed his First Aid Kit?

True, but human-powered expeditions through mountain and jungle regions of developing countries that involved wild camping and catering for groups in the outdoors provided plenty of relevant learning opportunities!

Who already really needed his First Aid Kit?

I've previously worked in what some would describe as 'extreme sport' tourism, so I've dealt with all sorts of abrasions, fractures, lacerations, dislocations and even a few unconscious patients. I tend to take a FAK of some kind whenever I'm in the outdoors. I have a good store of case studies...

    Family Lakeland Walk

It's a bit old school now, but geocaching could be an option? The puzzle / treasure hunt aspect engages some kids.

    Multi use GPS units??

The new eTrex units have ANT+ so I'm fairly sure HRM and cadence sensors work. The screens are not as 'luxurious' as a high end smart phone but they are very robust and work well in all weather. I've dropped mine plenty and been out in all day rain, freezing and baking hot conditions. Not the...

    Multi use GPS units??

The Guys at GPS training are great. Give them a call to chat options. I use a etrex touch for all my bike and hike trips. Loaded with OS maps and the AA batteries mean I can take spares for long days and overnighters. Bombproof bit of kit.
