    Right - I will try to be more patient - never been a strong point!!! Didn't add anymore sugar because it wasn't mentioned in the recipe. I have a large fridge/freezer in my unit and as a cool place i've got it in there. Is this too cool for the secondary fermentation to take place? Rob
